Curaechoice’s model works with self-insured employers to reduce or eliminate member out-of-pocket expenses across healthcare benefits. The Kaiser Family Foundation released a survey in April 2026 that reported nearly half of U.S. adults say they struggle to afford healthcare, with three in ten experiencing difficulty paying medical bills in the past year. The burden is even greater for Hispanic adults, younger Americans, and those without insurance.
By partnering with Curaechoice, Sage Dental will be able to provide high-quality dental care and cut costs for many patients across Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina. This access to care in addition to SageCare+, a discount membership program for patients without traditional insurance, will allow patients to receive care that they otherwise would not have been able to afford.
